The email should have the word BOOKING and your name in the title and in the main part state your details, the number of people and the days you would like the boat (from date & time / to date & time).

You will immediately receive a response regarding availability, the charter cost, a first estimate of the APA, a bank account where you can deposit the money and make the specific reservation and other details about it.
